Comments 4 A Cure – June 4-6, 2007
As a proud member of the Beauty Blog Network, I am taking a stand with my fellow beauty bloggers to raise cancer awareness through Comments 4 A Cure. Comments 4 A Cure launches today, June 4th.
Please join me in the fight against cancer by leaving comments on my blog today through Wednesday June 6th. Every comment will raise $1 for the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation up to a maximum of $150.
But please don’t stop commenting after the 150 mark is reached. Every comment will be entered into a drawing to receive Comments 4 A Cure merchandise from our CafePress Store, benefiting The National Brain Tumor Foundation. The winning reader will win a C4AC large coffee mug and magnet.
note: If you wish to win the prize, please do not make anonymous comments. I will announce the winner on June 7th and you can contact me at alllacqueredup@yahoo.com to claim your loot.
During these next few days, please visit my fellow beauty bloggers who are also participating in Comments 4 A Cure and help contribute to this worthy cause.

I’m so happy to be a part of this!
My first comment. Couldn’t resist a good cause. I love your blog. I’ve been branching out from basic sheer pink since discovering it. How about a post dedicated to blue polishes? Maybe turquoise-y, ocean-y inspired blues? Hard to find. Thanks.
Here’s hoping for many comments to support our cause!
Here’s to finding a cure, soon!
I am so glad that we are making such a great effort here!
Yes, here’s to a cure.
What a great cause, glad I can help to support! If anyone is interested in a new breast cancer support community, The National Breast Cancer Foundation has just created a community called MyNBCF. Would like to get lots of feedback and input if possible from people like you. Visit http://www.nationalbreastcancer.org/MyNBCF.
Thanks for being part of a great cause!!!!
commenting for a cure!!!
This is a wonderful cause, I’m so glad to see so many people taking part!
I’m happy to make a difference, no matter how small. Thanks for supporting such a great cause!
Commenting to help Great idea.
Also, did my toes in Yell O’neill. I am not sure, I like it but not love it, kind of yellow mustard looking.
I can’t thank you enough for supporting this important cause. My husband died at 35 from an undected brain tumor and I’m a two-year breast cancer survivor.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for supporting this. I cannot commend you enough.
I’m leaving a comment for a cure for my mom, who is a cancer survivor!

Commenting! Love your blog. On my toes today I have one thin coat of OPI’s I’m Not Really a Waitress over two coats of OPI’s Suzi Loves Sydney–it creates a gorgeous black cherry color. Do you ever layer polishes? I’d love to see a post about your layering recommendations.
commenting for a cure!
all the best, Kristen

what a great cause! keep it up!
Last day of Comments 4 a Cure. Good luck!
I love your blog and I am happy to comment for a cure!
I recently had an experience that made me realize that we need to go for regular check-ups where possible. Early detection is very often the key to being able to cure cancer.
