The Chanel Green Is Coming!!!
Since the Style.com Beauty Counter Blog has officially spilled the beans I guess it’s OK for me to say that YES, that gorgeous GREEN we saw on the Chanel Fall 2009 runways will become an actuality. Launching in October as part of an exclusive two polish collection called the Jade Nail Collection, Jade will be partnered with Jade Rose, a pale pink.
Can you even stand the excitement? I know there have been some amazing pale greens of late but you know Chanel putting one out will cause polish hysteria.
And FYI, they have some other amazing polishes on the horizon but that’s all I can say for now.

I generally do not like wearing green. The only green in my closet is some camo, and I may have a green eyeshadow. So of course I've never been into the green polishes but the Chanel is so pale and pretty I may have to make an exception!
If I went and waited at the Chanel counter now, do you think that would be a problem?
Oooh I'm not normally a green lover but that looks lovely or is it just that it's Chanel? I kind of collect them and there are more Chanel pretties being released? Me thinks I shall be skint the rest of this year!

The minute I saw that green on the runway, I knew it was gonna be THE colour for fall/winter. Chanel is fantastic in calling those shots.
Please find us dupes though, I can't afford true Chanel!

This color is beautiful. It reminds me of all of the mint colored dresses that have been showing up in resort collections this year. Not sure that I would wear it on a regular basis, but it would be fun to wear every once in a while!
YAY!!!!! As a fellow Chanel lover, I cannot wait for this shade to be released. The pink and green shades looked so fresh on the runway against black and white, so I will definitely be adding both colors to my collection.

It looks quite close to Illamasqua Milf to me, although the Chanel might be a bit cleaner. Either way, gorgeous polish!
