Regardless of what that silly rodent said yesterday, I’m refusing to give in to six more weeks of winter. Instead, after my vacation, I’m feeling refreshed and recharged and ready to dive into new spring colors.
After months of wearing dramatic darks and sparkly metallics, I’m yearning for something clean. But, you know I can’t just wear a nude on its own, I need to jazz it up. Manicure Rundown – Celebrity Nails from the 2014 Grammys
If there is one night each year I expect celebs to bring it with fun nail color and art, it’s the Grammys. Last night, however, was a bit of a snoozefest.
Don’t get me wrong, there were some gorgeous looks and a sprinkling of nail art but where were the hashtag-worthy styles? There was no Lady Gaga in an egg, no side boob controversy. Outside of Pharrell’s “Dudley Do Right” hat situation and one head-scratching manicure from Lorde, the Grammy red carpet could have belonged to any other award show.

Guest Post – A Spring Eye Makeup Tutorial by Brooke from Blushing Noir
Even though I’ve been friends with Brooke from Blushing Noir for a while now, I didn’t actually meet her until last October when we went #Nailgating at the Browns vs Steelers game and I instantly fell in like with her sassy, spunky personality. Though she’s a terrible enabler and I fear the day we hit the Saks beauty department together. Actually, my wallet does.
